Our long-time customer regio iT GmbH, an IT service provider for municipalities, schools, energy providers and disposal firms as well as non-profit organisations, has taken a new approach this year. For the first time, the company organised an in-house exhibition, “iTalk Impulse 2018 – Marktplatz der Informationen [Information Marketplace],” at its local convention centre, Eurogress Aachen. The event focused on the areas of IT service and operation, energy and disposal, administration and finances as well as education and development. Regional partner MeRaum handled the design, planning and implementation of the accompanying exhibition.
A problem with many in-house exhibitions is finding a way to present a variety of services and companies. They often feel a bit like a bazaar – a potpourri of stands with a wide range of roll-ups, furniture and displays.
It doesn’t have to be that way, though. MeRaum offers carefully thought-out presentation concepts for this type of exhibition. Customised for the architecture, with a uniform look and clear organisation, the designs perfectly showcase each exhibitor. Communication islands with large graphic surfaces allow the individual exhibitors to create an effective presentation.
That way, visitors can focus on the important features of the exhibitions without being distracted by extraneous accessories.
